For one of our client, an asset manager in Geneva, we a looking for an Executive Assistant for an ExCo member. The assignment will start with a 6-months contrat to be extended further.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a complex professional and personal schedule and making arrangements for regular international business trips (check-ins, flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, etc.).
  • Taking telephone calls and managing requests from different people inside and outside of the firm.
  • Organising and preparing documentation for internal as well as external meetings.
  • Managing mails in English mostly.
  • Managing expenses, invoices and other private related items.
  • Helping organise team offsites and client events.
  • Helping arrange logistics for regular team meetings, across offices around Europe.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience as an executive assistant for a family office, asset management firm, bank or relevant financial services company.
  • Excellent command of common IT applications (MS Office), especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and highly resourceful.
  • Native level in English; command of French or any additional European language would be a plus.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
  • Available immediately or on short notice.
