The assignment will start with a 6-months contrat to be extended further.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing a complex professional and personal schedule and making arrangements for regular international business trips (check-ins, flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Taking telephone calls and managing requests from different people inside and outside of the firm.<\/li>\n<li>Organising and preparing documentation for internal as well as external meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Managing mails in English mostly.<\/li>\n<li>Managing expenses, invoices and other private related items.<\/li>\n<li>Helping organise team offsites and client events.<\/li>\n<li>Helping arrange logistics for regular team meetings, across offices around Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Minimum five years\u2019 experience as an executive assistant<\/strong>\u00a0for a family office, asset management firm, bank or relevant financial services company.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of common IT applications (MS Office), especially PowerPoint and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organisational skills and highly resourceful.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Native level in English;\u00a0<\/strong>command of French<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>or any additional European language would be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Must be resident in Switzerland.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Available immediately or on short notice.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Due to the volume of applications we receive, we regret that we will contact only the candidates who have been selected for an interview.
