For one of our client, a Swiss Private Bank, we are looking for a Pricing Analyst, who will conduct pricing analyses and will contribute to improving pricing projects aimed at improving the Bank’s revenues.

Responsibilities

• Performing competitor benchmarking of pricing structures and levels and developing proposals for improvements.
• Acting as a fees advisor for bankers and helping them to prepare pricing proposals and in the negotiation of special conditions.
• Daily handling of the operational aspects of special condition requests (e.g. workflows, incident reports, one-off modifications on transaction prices).
• Contributing to developing, implementing and maintaining pricing tools and processes.
• Helping to price new products and services.
• Assisting with the design and roll-out of re-pricing projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or Finance or a qualification considered equivalent; a CFPI or CFA qualification would be a plus.
• 5 years of experience in a finance / banking function.
• Excellent command of French and English.
• General knowledge of banking and good knowledge of pricing.
• IT proficient (Excel, PowerPoint. Avaloq is a plus).
• Strong communication skills.
• Client oriented.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
