For our client, a Family Office based in Geneva, we are looking for a part-time Personal Assistant (between 40 & 50% PM) with very good command in Italian, French and English (written and spoken).


  • Daily administrative support : phone calls, correspondence administration, filling documents, office and personal expenses, reports, scheduling meetings, finance management (paying bills, bank contact, accounting)
  • Business trips arrangement (hotels, flights, credit cards…)
  • Various documents and correspondence in French, Italian and English
  • Complex agenda management
  • Personal events organization
  • Administrative staff management


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Personal Assistant within a Family Office would be a strong asset
  • Very good knowledge of Mac, word, excel
  • Part-time employment (the afternoons)
  • Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality, knowing how to manage unforeseen events, problem solving, autonomous, versatile, with a sense of rigor and organization
  • Swiss or work permit C
  • Swiss residency mandatory
  • Availability: to be defiened


  • Italian : fluent or mother tongue
  • French: fluent or mother tongue
  • English: fluent (written and spoken)
