Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support the Managing Director

For our client, a Family Office company based in Geneva active in the real estate field, we are looking for an administrative and accounting assistant to support the Managing Director.



  • Customer reception
  • Management of the mailing (incoming and outgoing) and distribution
  • General correspondence
  • Insurances, contract provider management
  • Briefing notes
  • Events management
  • Update of different databases
  • Office management

Accounting for several entities

  • Billing (preparation of monthly payments and accounting, invoices)
  • Rental monitoring incomes and others
  • Payment of employee salaries, establishment of pay slips
  • Bookkeeping and entry of movements
  • Credit cards Management (entry, receipts and cost inputs)
  • Mortgage monitoring
  • Keeping and accounting of the cash register
  • Classification of accounting documents

Other tasks related to real estate management(20%)

  • Support for Managers: preparation of property development (brochures, website update, mailing)
  • Customer contacts
  • Invoicing and monitoring of rental payments


  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in a small family structure
  • Experience and interest in the real estate sector: a considerable asset
  • Holder of a CFC of commercial employee or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Accounting and strong aptitude for figures
  • IT: knowledge of Winbiz and Quorum systems (a considerable asset)
  • Good presentation and education
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Precise and methodical person with a strong sense of responsibility and complementarity
  • French (fluent) with a good knowledge of English
  • Availability as soon as possible
  • Swiss Resident is required
